Welcome to the REB Letting advice column.
From January 2010, we have published an advice column as part of our property advertisement in the Rhyl Journal. This is intended to be a useful resource for both landlords and tenants and will cover a variety of topics that we hope with be informative and useful. Due to the space limitations in the paper the column is continued online.
Over time we expect this section to develop, although some aspects may get re-visited due to new information or changes in the law.
